Little late to this thread but I just started watching it and have gotten to season 2. So far it’s been very good.

Correct. The movies would have been too long and too compacted to fit them into less versions. So far it’s been the perfect length to fit the stories in without overly complicating things. The movies have been just as good as the books so far.

Watched Wonka tonight. I know it ain’t going to be the style of everyone on here but if you were a fan of the original it was a really good back story.

Watching The Foundation

It's an okay adaption considering the books are some of the least friendly to adapting. But I'd say it's a major mistake to have Hari Seldon be a main character

Started to re-watch True detective season 1. And of course as an edgy teenager Rust has to be one of my favorite characters ever.
 
i heard shia lebeouf gets a real tat for his roles and saw the fuckin hideous tat acrosse his entire front that says creeper so naturally i wanted to see the movie he got this for which is the tax collector. it was decent but really not as good as i hoped. the tattoo shia got was featured for like 5 seconds covered in blood. absolutely crazy to get such a thing for a supporting role. but ever since, ive been on a shia kick. fury was pretty fuckin good. brad pitt loves killing nazis and i support that lol. honeyboy is supposed to be semi auto biographical about shia and it portrays his dad and his as impulsive and obsessive people which are the exact group prone to vices like drugs and hookers so explains the tattoos.

imma go back to bike/ski movies and red bull tv though

I'm glad I watched it, it's ok but not as good as people say. It just lacks interesting characters, most of them are annoying and I think the story is bit stretched.

Cool to see AP, Sexton and Hymas on team USA! It was very honorable of Tomac to do what he did, I already knew this but proves he is a stand-up person.

One of the rare times youtube recommended something watchable. There was episode 3 yesterday but not today. Apparently youtube didn't like the video.
 
Rewatched Casino royale and No time to die. I have to find Quantum solace from somewhere. I should try to watch the older ones again. It has been more than 5 years since I watched one the older Bond movies.

No time to die is perfect ending for Daniel Craigs bonds and It's has few of the most entertaining car chase scenes that I have seen.

Not getting to see where the nightmare scene was going to go is a shame. Seeing Batman and the joker having to work together to kill Superman was going to be boss.

I don't understand Interstellar. It took me 3 tries to get trough the whole thing. Only movie from Nolan I had trouble watching.

What part didn’t you understand? It is tricky since it’s based partly off our understanding of how space and time works and partly based off assumptions of the parts we don’t fully understand.

Why the movie is so popular and why do people like it so much. I understood the concept of the space things in the movie as much as it explains them. First and second time I tried to watch it I just gave up before first half of the movie ended. 3rd time I was determined to watch it from start to finish and I did. One reason why it was so hard to watch might be that I'm not interested in space at all.

Honestly I liked Tenet more than Interstellar. For me Interstellar had something missing that Inception and Prestige had. I'm not sure what that is though.

I started that on netflix and got to episode 15 of season one then realized the show makes absolutely no sense and I can spend my time elsewhere.

I actually watched that last week. Those indians were creepy fucks. Overall i enjoyed it. Kurt Russel is always good and i had to do a double take when the dad from Stepbrothers was in it lol.
