I was (re)watching a samurai movie, 13 Assassin's directed by Takashi Miike, he's got some dope shit.

This one takes place during basically the last Samurai era before modern meiji

Still watching and hating the release system of House of the Dragon. During last few weeks I watched Killing Eve. I gotta say Villanelle might be one of my favorite characters ever.

Haven't watched movies lately, because I have watched most of the interesting stuff in Netflix or HBO.

What's wrong with the release system? Is your attention span so stunted by TikTok brain rot that you cannot wait 1 week between episodes?

Love total war games, I need to update my computer though before I can play more of them. Big fan of the Third Age LOTR total conversion mode for Total War: Medieval 2.

13 Assassin's got me to pick up Rise of the Ronin
 
Watched about half of The Bear season 3 last night, love that absolutely nothing is happening except Carmy exploding
 
Last two episodes of house of the dragon better be good. Things have moved quite slow during this season. Why is this season only 8 episodes long?

I agree, and this last episode especially was a bit of a snooze-fest. I think it is moving slow because there are currently four confirmed seasons, so they are probably saving the action till later ones.
 
Just caught myself up on Smiling Friends earlier this summer. For the most part I just rewatch Trailer Park Boys and King of the Hill.
 
Anyone have any input on "The Wire" ?? I've been hearing about it a lot lately even though it's an old show. Worth watching?
 
Watched king Richard last night. Was on tv and figured why not. Was actually really good. Not huge on will smith but still enjoyed the movie.

The third isn't as good of a watch, but the newest HellHouse LLC: Origin of Evil is solid af

He’s been gone for a while now. John Stewart came back and does Mondays and then the other correspondence rotate the rest of the day each week.

Nice! The smell of race gas and the sound of racing makes me happy. I'm going to try and make it to Ironman on the 24th.

I did not and in a way, it was for the best as that was when all the flights were cancelled due to a computer outage. Are you going to make it to Unadilla, Budds or Ironman? Lots of good riders and it has been a fun season to watch.

probably just Budds sadly, I race so its hard to attend the nationals when you're also racing. tried to come home for millville but work prevented that.

She brought me flowers and we watched The Tragedy of Macbeth. The new adaption staring Denzel Washington, pretty great and not what I was expecting since I had never even seen a trailer before watching it.

It was basically a filmed stage play

great watch. Just keep in mind that it's from the early 2000s so technology is outdated.
 
Last episode of House of the dragon was bit disappointing for season finale. Seems like next season will have more action.
