im assuming you mean best manuverability? Marker makes nice light manvuerable gloves...also check out Dakines pipe gloves which I actually find to be pretty warm.

i have some level pipe gloves they are like classified as suburban gloves according to level i think, and i use them when its 32 degrees and up and they're awesome, they also come in a bunch of sizes
