2015 and shit is seriously hitting the fan. headlines nowadays got me trippin. water on mars? red meat = smoking darts? sheesh the world is crazy

I look at it from two perspectives. Yes the amount of technological advances are incredible and the findings going on are mind blowing...but, everywhere you look...cell phones. People are out of touch from reality and it's kinda scary. People are scared to talk face to face, like this morning i just tried talking to someone on the bus and they pretty much ignored me and continued to look down at their phone. And when's the last time you went out for dinner with a few friends and you guys didn't continually check your phones. Even when people are with their best friends for dinner they're still concerned about where and what other people are doing. They can't just enjoy the company of others. It causes anxiety for many people. The term delayed gratification no longer exists. We now need things instantly, now, and need it to be easy. Even when it comes to things like music. We buy the one song we want to listen to. No longer do people listen to the album start to finish and appreciate the story of an album. Sorry for rambling, i'm just concerned we're on our way to the world portrayed in Wall-E.

When i see that DraftKings commercial where the guys says " its the greatest adrenaline rush". Really sad, if that's the biggest rush you're getting. At least we have a good chance of seeing a Roman Empire style decline of civilization.

I just took a test on the Roman empire and nowhere did I see anything about DraftKings maybe it came into play after Julius Caesar was assassinated? This test was all pre Caesar so I dunno? Some clarification would be much appreciated.

today women don't even wear jewelry in their hair today, its all in the box. They got diamond, rubies, a string of pearls hanging out of their asshole lips a block long. You could have gone down on a chick during the recession and came up a wealthy man.
