what, you mean him saying blatant lies about George Bush being a racists, and not craing about black people? like a dude said way up there, what the heck is Condi Rice? Colin Powell? norwegian?
what he said was ignorant, and unfounded. that it was a fiasco for what did not happen fast enough, sure. but does it mean that George bush does not like black people? dude, that does not follow. if i were to see a kid at a skatepark fall, get hurt, but not rect reight away thinking he was ok, then its an error on my part, but does not mean i hate the kid, or his race for that matter.
its called extrapolation, and kenye was utterly wrong in saying Bush doesn't like black people. its appaling he played a race card in a time like this, when we are supposed to stand together, when those are not "his people"... he is not poor, he grew up in the suburbs, and went to college (although he dropped out, which he managed to glorify as something wonderful), these are not his people, except by race.
and to say a thing like that does not help anyone, it makes the gap and double standard bigger. if something happens to a jew, we hear holocaust, no matter what. if an arabe gets searched at airport security, you can be sure to hear about it on the news. and if a black person is portrayed negatively, then it must be a racist move.
George Bush does not hate black epople, kanye was bitter because someone portrayed a black person as a looter, when white people were not... to me, that means he thinks that black people can do no wrong, and all white people do, and that the "media" is lying. well, that is ignorant, because people of ALL RACES make mistakes and do bad things. I mean, suicide bombers? yeah. KKK? yep. Nazis? yep... i think a lot of people have done horrible things, and to say someone of a race did something wrong, well, hey, they just might have.
to extrapolate like Kanye did is absurd, and stupid.
