I understand you guys in the US & Canada are unable to order Wha'ppen?

I should be getting it in at my store over here in the UK next week but I'd be happy to send some copies over the pond.

I'm just gauging initial interest atm, it will cost $41 including delivery, payable via Paypal.

If you're SERIOUSLY interested just reply here so I can judge the number of copies I will need to order then I'll get back to you with the final details once I finalise everything :)

Yea, it sucks we can't get it here. I'd deff buy it... but 41us$ ? I understand that the shipping costs, but it's expensive!

$41 is about £22. considering i have to pay £20 and i live in england, that ain't too bad. how much are ski dvd's in the USA normally?

i think me and my friends are going to pitch and buy it, but i dont know ill have to see if one of us have paypal

I'm just waiting for word back from my supplier on when I can get it in, but it looks like it will be early next week. I'll report back here when I know and I'll put together a proper ordering page to make sure it's done properly!

Okay guys, you can order from here:

http://www.ame-ski.co.uk/whappen.html

It's for American and Canadian residents at the moment (Europeans can just order through the normal store), but if you need it shipping elsewhere contact me and I'll see what I can do.

If you order, please have a bit of patience. The DVDs should be in on Wednesday, and after that I have to package everything up and fill in customs labels and all sorts, but I'll try email everyone when I get their DVD out. Although shipping shouldn't take too long it will come via the standard postal service so there may be local delays etc. Just chill, I'll do my best.

No hating. I'm putting this here for people who are prepared to support the movie.

Thanks,

Matt

No worries man, I'm not going to force it at all.

Just opening it up for anyone who's interested. After shipping it works out cheaper than the official WW Film site so I've managed to cut it down as much as possible :)

I guess I mean everyone on here.

I think I'm going to buy a copy... I don't know how else I'd get it.

The DVDs are region free.

I'll try find out about the PAL/NTSC thing, but this should really only pose a problem for old DVD players/TVs :)

Basically PAL and NTSC are the way the colours are done, PAL being the Euro version and NTSC being North America. You won't have a problem with this if you watch it on a computer, but some older DVD players might not support both.

Although the other DVDs I sell are NTSC, I'm not sure about Whappen yet as it originates in Europe whereas the others are American. I'm still waiting for word back from the suppliers :)

good call on the person who asked about the region stuff. Imagine dishing out 41$ for it, it gets here and doesnt work. Oh man that would suck.

And to the guy who said he doesnt know whats going on, North America plays region 1 disks (all machines made here are region 1, its almost impossible to find a region 2 machine). And all european disks are region 2 (dont know to much about that becuase i live over here in Canada).

So what was said was basically "i have a region 1 dvd player that only supports region 1 disks, will i be getting a region 2 disk and not be able to play it?" and then the reply was "itsa region free disk (works on all players) so you will not have a problem"

i hope that clears it up.

Because they don't take credit card orders, you have to print out an order form and post it to them with a cheque, which is a bit of a bitch as they're in France

Wait so, everybody freaks out and deletes ANY thread relating to all other am movies and this movie gets a sticky? Hmmm...

last time i checked candide wasnt am.... and this is about trying to help people get thier hands on what looks like a really dope movie, not about showing off the midwest bro-down that goes on at your resort....

just so you guys know i ordered Ski Porn off MrScruff's store to be shipped to me in Europe and the service was excellent.. he sorted out a problem that cropped up with shipping very quickly. two thumbs up on ame-ski - they are legit.

iv ordered 2 films thru ame, soon to order another 2 or three once lss arrives, the dvds i ordered were posted the very nxt morning (i ordered at night) and arrived next day! bargain price, and really fast delivery.just to let you know its all legit

USPS ships to the UK for approx $17.95USD and it gets there in 3-5 days. i know this cause i ship stuff to europe all the time for my business. so converting that makes it what.. £10? so your cost for that movie to be shipped to the US is rediculous and obsurd.

normal price for a ski dvd in the us shipped is anywhere from 21.95 - 30.00 and most places offer free shipping..(ie www.sportsflicks.com, www.actionsportsvideos.com) so dont rip off people just to make double what its costing you.. do you really need a 100% margin?

That movie looks insane im gonna order it and add it to the ski movie library at my video store so kids can see it for the mere $3 we charge per rental. booya! check it --> Videoport in Portland, Maine.

shut up dick head your a fag, the guys trying to help people hes not trying to make 100% profit margin on shit, things are expensive in England , you dont want to buy from him then dont buy from him but dont come on here and talk shit when the guys trying to help people out... fukin seppo

I didn't understand a word of the that, but did you take in to account I actually have to buy the movie first? I appreciate that they cost a lot more than in the US, I've not tried to push it at all, I've mearly left it open for people to make their own decision.

Got word back from the supplier that the movie is indeed NTSC so there won't be a problem there :)

ermm did you notice he has to buy the film first? no, didnt think so

don't mess though guys, hes a businessman. Hopefully his businness doesn't involve maths
