West Coast Wheather

Personally I think it will be just like last year..... I hope I'm wrong. So far its October and still 75 degrees here in washington which is a bad sign, but its still early

I hope your wrong too. Last year there wasn't even enough snow here to build decent sized parks. Plus I only had like 2 good powder days, and even those just covered the rocks enough so you couldn't see them until you had already run them over.

prediction from the farmers almanac:

winter possibly even bigger than 00-01 in the east, above average precip there and in the NORTHWEST. midwest will get below average precip. just a prediction though...check it out for youself at farmersalmanac.com. www.intellicast.com gives great winter predictions later int eh fall as well.

last year we were supposed to get less snow than normal here in minnesota, but we ended up 50 percent above normal. (75inches instead of 50). It just goes to show how inaccurate long range forcasts are i guess. Haha i seem to believe them if they say cold and snow, and think they're wrong if it calls for a warm and dry winter.

Im gonna get fucking pissed if it doesn't dump in tahoe this year. Otherwise I'm just gonna start making bigger and bigger backcountry hits until I'm paralyzed.

yeah we've had back to back sub par years. we've suffered enough I think. It's gonna DUMP this year. 1951-52 revisited.
