Coming up next week on Mt. Hood. Didn't find any threads already made about this event so I figured I'd make one so people can post up details, pics, videos, or questions like does anyone know what day it starts?

im gonna be there. comin down wendsday to ski for a while. if any one has a place i could stay at that would be awesome. dont really want to sleep in my car for a week. SOOO stoked for WCS.

Apparently there was a bit of a dilemna concerning lava. Anyway, should be nice seeing some mandatory huck magma gaps going down. Speed issues with the billowing ash? And what about some high-consequence rails above molten rock? Can't wait
