Were do u learn how to knit beanies and headbands?

Definately do that. I've just recently become and member and have just been looking around the cult in the differen threads, I havne't started trying to crochet yet cause I've been so busy with school. Maybe over the summer I'll try and finaly get started with it. Also in the crochet cult there is a tutorial video made by eastAR5 to show you the extreme basics.
 
it was hard for me to learn how to crochet from the crochet cults videos. so my friend taught me how, and it's much easier to learn when it's hands on.
 
the vid on the crochet cult isnt acctually all that good. The guy doesnt explain how to do single crochet or a double crochet very well
 
its a little rough but it is possible. between the vids and posts in the cult i learned everything i know about crocheting from there. its great. just one note to all the new people wanting invites PLEASE take some time to look through a few pages of threads. i know theres no search for cults but new people tend to start lots of new threads on subjects that are usually already on the first page of threads or arent far behind. badass cult for sure

it might not be that great but you try filming yourself and showing others on the internet how to do tiny stiches... its harder than ud think

i learned how to knit then i just converted what i knew to make headbands.. i never made a beanie yet tho.. but now i cant knit anything cause my sister broke my knitting needls
 
grandmothers are good at it, at least mine are, and isnt there like stores where they sell thread and yarn, maybe they could teach you?
