Well this sucks

just lost my wallet today...not sure if it fell out of my pocket or i left it somewhere but let me tell you its a sucky feeling. i'm such a dumbass, now i have to get a new license, credit card, plus i lost like 40 bucks and a couple gift cards. i still have a tiny hope of someone contacting me and returning it but im probably gonna cancel my card tonight just to be safe. anyone else ever lose their wallet?

one time, i kept minimal contact info in it though, and the person used it to return it to me, there are still good people out there

I'd cancel your card now. My mom lost her purse and within 15 minutes the people had bought over 500 dollars in McDonalds gift cards and had some dumbass clerk gave them 100 dollars cash back on a purchase at Carls Jr. She even writes See ID for her signature on the back of her card but nobody ever checked.

That definitely sucks. Recently somebody stole my brother's wallet containing his credit cards, ID, social security card, approx.. $100, gift cards, and his work card. Shitty luck.
