From what i heard from accuweather the end of Jan is supposed to bring cold temps, back to normal. For the end of 2006 it was the 3rd of 4th warmest winter ever, so it is just a weather pattern.

Mondya, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Then back into the upper 30s and low 40s by friday.
