Well recent weather reports tell me that its gonna be sixty all week and low 50s we are never going to get snow reguardless of what anyone else says we have gotten 1 inch since the beginning of winter and that has dissapeared due to rain and this heat in 2 days Mass has been bum fucked by god

same with michigan, it has rained more so fucking much here. We have only had a dusting as well not even enough to cover the grass

im in northern ontario canada....and we have NO SNOW.....there is no season for us on in the east.

Things are just bad.

Flowers are starting to sprout and shit in the front garden because it's so warm for so long.

We've gotten a few inches here and there, but a few days later and it's 45 and raining again, so it's all gone. The ground has never really actually frozen, and Lake Erie is 2 degrees higher today than it has ever been recorded as, and it is 8 degrees above average for todays date.

They "CLAIM" it is going to get cold next week, but I don't believe it until it happens.
 
yah its true the authorities only want the west to have fun friggin colarado and theyre 15 ft of snow
 
I just skied in the pouring rain here at Stevens Pass, WA. Good times, melted our base that we've been building all season like crazy. I'd be sympathetic, but we have a huge cold front comming in thats going to dump on us over the weekend. Sorry.
 
i hate it, i was listening to the radio on my way to school. And the guy was like well its gunna bes 50 alllll week, and 60 on saturday. And the lady on the station was like "ooo yes, such nice weather" I just started yelling.....i hate it what do ppl have against cold weather?
 
i'm calling global warming. I've never heard of an entire state skipping a ski season (if thats what's happening). Somtimes very short seasons though.
 
i would go out west with all the money i have BUT i have no money and i already went. im gonna learn to teli ski, possibly make skis, acutally thats a lie. im gonna drive far places to ski as soon as we get snow, anyone wanna road trip sometime to anywhere with any snow, im game. i wanna throw ideas out just to make this winter fun. prob start working with the little snow there is and make some nice jibs and stuff. who knows. i dont care anymore. i was thinking today and saying that although surfing depends on waves, it will always be there, unlike snow. it just sucks that this is the second year in a row of a shitty ass winter. well come to think of it, 2007 in general blew, but 2006 was good. my only suggestion is that you make the most of it. im gonna keep complaing and crying, but ill make the most of it, ski as much as i can, and try to have as much fun as possible. im still up for a road trip.

 
yesterday i was skiing nearly waste deep...now a short 8 hour car, plane, and walk, i am looking at green grass. fuck you ontario. fuck you.
 
this sucks i only got to ski for 3 days so far, in bad conditions (only two runs open) in the winter break ive got til jan. 8th to ski sum more and its all shit weather :( and i just got new skis
 
it snowed for 2 mins in early dec, then the sun came out and vaporized it. its gonna be up near 70 here Amherst mass on sat. I may get my skimboard out and drive to the beach. I also checked all my ski stuff has ACTUALLY accumulated dust SWEET. If this is the winter were gonna have this year I just want it to be spring. aside from skiing (cant do) hockey (we suck) and snow related activities (cant do) winter blows I want it to snow or get warm for real and be nice out. this is all george bushs fault.
 
OR if you watch the weather channel or have any common sense you would realize that its just an unlucky year for weather patterns. Yes global warming is there but remember last year, we got snow early then the rest of the year just sucked ass. So atleast know what your talking about when you make assumptions about the future. As well "assume" something makes an ass out of u and me.
 
i live in RI and we have gotten .8 of an inch so far. but ski up in southern NH (sunapee) every weekend. ive clocked in 14 days this season (weekends since Dec 9 and all of christmas vaca) so im not feelin as hard as u guys are. but its not the same. we have like 4 inches of natural and the other 12 inches is man made. im almost positive that the thread about the artic wind or somthin like that weill hit in 2 weeks is gonna happen. cuz if u think its witer we are missing. wouldnt this absince in snow cause some sort of screw up in the seasons to come. we may get hit with a cold front madd late and be skiing in may. you never know, dont give up hope
 
i'm from ny man and making the best of this winter. I go to creek everyday regardless whats open, better then nothing. We also set up our rail at this local ski hill thats not even capable of being open yet but they blew snow. These ppl need to stop complaining and make due.
