honestly though...if you heard this song for the first time, without ever hearing it anywhere else...you would say..."goddamn....welcome to jamrock is a fucking dope track"...I know thats what I said. I happened to be searching for a few damian tracks that I didnt have and just happened to snag this song, I was like "holy fuck where did this come from!?!"....little did I know I'd be defending it in a thread a few weeks later

I am stoked to see him on Nov. 22 here in SLC. Unfortunately every frat boy in utah will run down to Hot Topic and buy a Bob shirt to wear to the show, cause they think that all reggae is Bob.

I saw Damian and Stephen a couple of months ago in PC, and i can't even explain how gay the crowd was. There was this d-bag that was actually moshing in the more upbeat dancehall riddims. I couldn't believe it... he was smoking ganj, so you would figure that he would have been more chilled out. Nope, he was a raging tool. Him and his popped collar shirt,a nd his geled spikey hair. All I can say is, good thing it was in Utah, or some Rasta would have stabbed him in throat with a box cutter... for real guys... Jamaicans roll like that. They don't like white frat boys making a mockery of theif music.

I don't like that song either, I hope the rest of the cd is good because i think i will buy just to check it out. I think that song is over hyped and over produced to where the entire song sounds like a sample. and not an original work of art. I know it took skill and all but it just is not that fancy to me, something new but not fancy

Halfway Tree, was way better than Welcome to Jamrock, there are probably 3 tracks on this new cd i like.. but i love damian anyways so yea.
