Elm on sunday should be a pretty good day. All four of the normal elm skier crew will be there.

Haha, I think this'll be the most skiers ever to be there! XD
 
Please tell me your saying this with large amounts of sarcasm and are trying to make me feel good! You cant honestly believe that I could even come close to beating you in a competition drew.
 
It's almost here! We are going to be working on the set up for the competition for the next two days. Even though its 50 degrees outside, we have so much snow to work with, and will definately make an amazing/fun set up. Hope to see you all there!

Once again, Free Red Bull for competitors. We are going to have the Red Bull arch above the jump, that's where the girls will be posted with the red bull. So grab a can while your coming into the jump!

And for your chairlift viewing pleasure, we are bringing in a 20 foot inflatable video screen, with movies played on it throughout the competition. Oh yeah, and really loud music...

We really want this to go off for Welch, so the more people the better and the bigger it will be next year.

i'll be there tomorrow! it feels so weird cause im in duluth and to think i'll be there tomorrow just blows my mind.
 
DON'T FORGET TO GET YOUR WAIVERS NOTORIZED FOR THIS WEEKEND IF YOU ARE UNDER 18. I WILL BE CHECKING ID'S AND EVERYTHING. THE REDBULL GIRLS ARE GOING TO BE UPSET IF YOU FORGET YOUR FORMS.
 
If your parents are there tomorrow, then they just sign the form tomorrow. The waiver is abvailable right in the middle of our homepage at www.welchvillage.com. I will have forms at the registration desk too. And yes, if your already 18 then you don't need mommy and daddy's signature...just bring an ID.

that comp was super fun!!!!!! the head to head format was cool! in the end it went cody ling 1st me (austin torvinen) 2nd and then im sry this kid joe in 3rd oh and evan got 4th it was sweet tho!
 
also notable ae the two injuries. missy and andy i think got hurt. both taken off in the tobaggon. hope they both heal fast and get better. good luck you guys
 
haha that was me, i dont know what happened, i got the cork 7 down in partice, i must have just under rotated and hit my head and got knocked out because i dont remember a thing, i remember wakeing up in the amulance, its all good though just a concussion
 
o and sorry to all you guys for making you wait really long because i fell, i didn't think i was going to be down for the count, i felt so bad for holding up the comp like that
 
dude andy dont worry its just good ur ok. ooh and i f-ing died to. i hit the nuck with my head to (really hard) and dont remember hitting the rails after that. but hey its good that every ones ok
 
ya in the finals i tried 2 on 4 over the down of the up down ended up doin a 2 on cork 4 over i caught my edge hard looked cool i bet tho
 
Thanks everyone for attending last night and making the first ever Sunset Jam a huge success...I hope you had as much fun competing as I did organizing and watching. A special thanks to the Duluth boys for making the trip down. We are already thinking of ways to make next year's edition even better. The Head to Head format will be fixture for this event for years to come....that was awesome last night! Stay tuned for our upcoming Smud Fly in April....I think the Red Bull girls owe us another visit after being an hour late last night.

horner took video but i guess he's getting burned out on comp edits haha so who knows what he'll do.
 
We got a ton of footy from the comp., later this week when we get back from spirit, I will be posting the top runs. It looks way legit!
