WELCH PARK UPDATE VIDEO

It's not that little. Nothing is huge either, but a lot of the stuff set up is more trickable than anything. The kink rail is easily beg enough, so is that dragontail. The flat rails aren't exactly massive but you can throw anything. Plus it's all set up well, which I think is more important.

we set up everything shorter so that more people can do the rails, otherwise it would just be us out there doing them. We are trying to make the park as trickable as we can so everyone can progress.

.."And thats the way uh huh uh huh I like it" The rail setup is amazing. the only thing that could be better is the jump size wise but that is out of the park crews control.

for sure man, and park crew has been working on the jump size all year, pretty much they cant convince the groomers to make it bigger, its because welch is just scared people will get hurt

Even it it isn't all that big, it's a really fun jump. I suppose I can understand Welch being concerned about the jump being bigger, but I'd be happy if they just built a few more the same size.

The rails are a lot of fun, and they're set up really well.

right on see you out there tomorrow...i'm sure everyone will be out

oh and to let ya know the jump is way better now, its so fun with a nice long landing (i know you are more of a rail person) but just dropping that down for everyone.

Steve, we went and checked out welch tonight and everything is so legit right now so we will be there tomoro night, huge sesh goin down, see ya there dude

THE JUMP IS NOW A 50' GAP (48' 10" exactly but close enough)

You dont get much height, probably about 8 feet, but you fly so far, its so much fun

Also, we got the new up down box in, its not set up perfect but its still pretty damn fun

dude you gotta come out on fridays...so then you can see how everyone does it...mine isn't full its only off axis cause im a pussy and dont throw it hard...but you gotta watch tony/fat jon/colten/owen/prebie they all do it different and you can try it any of their ways

i was tryin 5's yesterday, idk if its really considered cork tho cuz i was throwin them forward, but i know i was corked out in the air,

I dunno, maybe its just me being a wuss, but i was pushing myself as fast as I could go, and I still did not clear that jump. Was the snow slow tonight, or does anyone else have a little difficulty clearing it?

I probably just started the inrun too far down the hill, but It felt like I was really hauling ass by the time I hit the lip...

we all make it fine, from tony doing sick spins, owens octo 5's and everyone else getting cork spins...you just have to start up above the down rail. and pretty much straight line it

I was starting from quite a ways up for the 45 footer. I needed way more speed to clear that than the small one. Oddly enough, I saw a ton of people hitting the knuckle of the little guy; I kept over-shooting it quite a bit.

Yeah, yesterday just sucked because of the 40 mile per hour wind, and the slow snow, so you had to sit down to the big one.

I'm goin tomorrow feb 21, ill be up there bright and early. If I see any of you guys you gotta gimme some tips cuz I feel like I am not making any progress on anything and you guys make me so jealous with your skillz. You make it look so easy and I'm like 'I could do that, doesnt look too hard" then i destroy myself. Sucks bein me... Haha
