Welch may 7th

nope it cant. this whole thing is a lie. you cant pile snow so that it lasts until May. impossible...
 
its been done before at tyrolbasin many of times. just have to cover the snow up. Tyrol use's hay and they have some old infield tarps from the milwaukee brewers that they cover it with
 
yeah, i heard they already have like 150 signed up, so sign up now, it will probally be lame, i think it costs 20 dollars per session, there will be 2 sessions, and the comp is like 10 bucks, it will probally suck, but oh well its skiing

i beg to differ. MR Cziok can go crazy on anything. i bet he could some how 270 on 450 off a straw that is 1 in off the ground.
 
thats not all either, when you pile it you reduce te surface area, so it melts way slower. Also you eventually get a refreeze after its wet, which makes a layer of ice which lasts longer. It can be dont, the question is if welch can do it.
 
some people dont relize how long snow takes to melt a friend has a plane and flew over and they had snow left but its now just a rail jam no jumps anyjmore
 
the park guy at welch (brad larson) is the one putting on the comp, and he is pretty hardcore about getting his money, so you might wanna pay, but if you guys dont want to pay we can just tie him up or something, becuase the whole comp is a total ripoff
 
^^ya tony brad is a total money hog but i dotn get why he wasted like 6 or 7 grand on those to gay ass rails the flopy dick but the flat rail is ok but ya 15 bucks for 10-2 and then 10 for the comp is a huge rip off and you get to hike yay!!!!
 
will this be worth the 7 hour drive from MQT? Ty says we cna crash at his place... Will all you MN jibbers 93859475 onto the rail? I think were all coming...better pay for it now though...

Ill be signing up for session 1 tomorrow prolly. Were mainly coming for the comp and prizes and junk...hopefully itll be worth it...
 
the only good prize is the pair of skis for the winner, everything else will probally be lame, but hopefully everyone will still come and we will make the best of it.
 
so wait. if you just want to ski and not compete can you? if so do you have to call them still?
 
yeah you can ski without being in the comp. but you still need to call and reserve a spot or whatever because they are only gonna let so many people on the snow
