Welch anyone?

I saw about 20 snowboarders and three skiers in a row do that. I mean c'mon, even I can make it down to the bottom before I fall, and I still havent got that rail.

its solid ...

the park is now set up on lookout...with a nice table set up makes for some real fun

like 6 rails up real fun come on down.

we reset the park now on lookout and there are two pads at the top with the first having the trap box and rainbow box, the second having a flat rail and kink rail, then there is two jumps both smaller than we wanted and another flat rail, hopefully we can reset it again this week to make it better, peace

hell ya...i mean its really solid for once nice set up..

now if we could just figure out away so it dosent get icy around 5pm...that would be perfect (but then again we are in the midwest after all)

yeah tony r u still gunna let the s-rail get put in cause im gunna put 3 1/2 foot supports so we can burry it def a super fun rail to sesh so if welch lets you guys puts it in im getting skirts on it so that wont be a prob and its gunna be tagged by a kid named nos at my school so it will be sick looking to and we bent it so its a even smooth bend sshould be done is like 2 or 3 weeks im hoping

When r you going to bring the rail out to welch? We'll put it in if its really good.

I was sitting off to the side of that bottom jump for a while friday, I saw guys on twins I've never seen before, nobody very good, but a lot of people I've never seen before. Possibly due to the parks new steeze?

I was out there today it was alright. Rails would be fun but jumps are super weird on some. The up tail box was kinda fun though. But DAMN lift tickets are expensive there.

hey so i talk to a few of you ealier this season when i was out there. i had the ugly 80's suit and i broke my ski. anyway is anyone gonna brave the col this weekend? cause i might on sunday and wanna ride with some folksd.

jones

no kidding welch never closes anything in the park...not even when it is endangering our lives...

but maybe its a dawn of a new era?

the jumps right now suck pretty bad but in like a week tonys gonna fix and move down the secondjump and put in a third.. we now have a rail line of 16ft flat box. 80ft pipe. 20ft down flat. saddle box. 16ft flat rail. rainbow box

yeah the line of rails is nice...also the C box is up at the top...and of course the lone rainbow rail...

but yeah by next weekend the jumps should be in tip top shape.

What sucks about them? Are they just not very big or do they just suck altogether?

I was going to go Sunday, but if they're going to get rebuilt next week maybe I'll wait...

well the bottom one is decent it was alot better earlier..they just arent that big...i guess and the lips are almost too big

did anybody else on saturday see the guy on invader rentals sans poles with the gold chains? i wish i had my cam to snap a pic for all the little kiddies who act gangster.

I was there tonight. I was impressed, theres a 6" gap to the flat rail, you can actually see both ends. Nothing impressive by any means, but its a start. Park has been decent lately mostly due to the rail line thats got 6 hits, which is the most i've ever seen.

I was there sunday night and I swear a couple of kids were just ringing the bell every time they went down. Either that, or someone is really good at that 80fter.

for sure...we need some nice shizz

if they re do the jumps (which tony hopes to do) i hope they can maintain them for longer than 4 days

we need a nice D-F-D

There were some snowboarders out mondy who could not get the flat box to save their souls, but they rung the damn bell every run. Then this little kid almost greased and I'm glad he didn't cause hes like 5 years younger than me...

well welch sure made those jumps landings bigger...so steep though...they are perfect if you want to land back seat every time...i think a little snow and drag them out a little longer nice transition and they are perfect.

yo does anyone have a pic of that 80 foot rail? im curious to what it looks like, i went to the welch site and it didnt show much. or footage.

It's basically a mailbox that's only 6"-1' out of the ground (or less, i'm horrible at estimating). If I remember, I'll try and get a picture on Saturday.
