I was looking through a bunch of my pictures on my phone and I found this one that my brother took in the bathroom when we went to KFC (it was a pretty sketchy neighborhood). What's the weirdest thing you've ever seen in public?

saw a guy wearing an anonymous shirt, and then he proceeded to put one of those masks on and walk into a bank. also saw a guy walking around juggling butterfly knives
 
Saw a black guy beating a metal post with his bare hands once outside a bar,

he asked us for a cigaret , I handed one to him in his soaking blood filled hand.

He said to me ''you're lucky you had cigarets on you because I'm a murderer. you'd be dead.''

I said no worries man have a good night and got the fuck out of there.

who said Cigarets were bad for you ?
 
There's a homeless guy who lives right outside my school (go to school in the city). His name is "Watchdog". Anyway he raps and dances in exchange for money and cigars. One day my friend and I are walking past him and I gave him 6 dollars to rap C.R.E.A.M. He did it perfectly, and asked my friend for cash. My friend gave him 4 pennies and watchdog threw them in his face and said fuck you.

Another time some guy was throwing out to office chairs, and watchdog bet me 2 cigars that I couldn't beat him in a race down the hill. We both crashed and got fucked up but it was hella rad, and he gave me a stogey for it.

Unfortunately he was recently arrested for stealing spray paint from Home Depot and using it to tag a college dorm. He wrote "Satan fucks on the first date".
 
Keystone has a bathroom that just says "toy story 3 was just alright." and a place in denver called City o' City has a tag that says "I loved toy story 2" so that was weird for me.
 
Turned an aisle in sporting goods at Walmart to find a mom changing her babies diaper on the floor in the middle of the camping aisle.

I find it very funny that this so called sketchy neighborhood was in New Hampshire or at least that number was
 
well i walked through east hastings street in van today, saw someone carrying a pet rat amounst other things. then there was a guy in a wheel chair yelling EBOLA! EBOLA! I HAVE EBOLA! what a vibrant neighbourhood. oh and yesterday i got on the bus and someone was so drunk that he fell asleep and starting snoring while standing up holding on to the bar thing.

I use to work for my uncle's lawn company, and we had a lot of Walmart accounts. I can remember I was on one of the new JD z900's ($13,000 machine) we just picked up that morning. I was in the parking lot doing some of the middle islands and I hopped off quick to go pick up trash and push down sprinkler heads. While I was in the middle of doing this, this homeless looking guy with a long beard runs up to the mower, gets on, and starts driving away yelling "You'll never catch me!" He made it to the stoplight and was then dragged off by my boss and left to lay in the middle of the street.

So moral of the story, watch out for homeless guys who like to steal lawnmowers at Wal-Mart.

haha when we were walking in van city these people threw easily 60 dollars worth of weed off their balcony to us. not very weird but it came to my mind since u were talking about vancouver
