Weird sleeping schedual

Im up for at least 24 hours then sleep for 10-12. I don't drink caffeine or take addy, my body just works like this right now. Anyone else do this? you can be hella productive
 
I'm on the same scheduel as the SUN. rise and fall with it and your life will be more satisfying. and you will feel amazingly refreshed.
 
i'm willing to bet if this is the case, that's really the reason why he's so restless. not being active enough can make you pretty restless and makes you stay up later and later.

you probably need to shift the patterns of what you're doing.
 
i dont get it. how can being awake for 24 and sleeping for 10-12 be more efficient than being awake for 18 and sleeping for 6, like a normal adult

24:12 = 2:1

18:6 = 3:1

3 parts awake per 1 part sleeping.. makes the most sense. plus, what the fuck is there to do at night any way? when the world is offline, may as well be sleeping. i see no benefit to sleeping that much longer while squeaking out a little more nighttime, because thats really all youre doing.
 
sometimes i do. and when i awake at the following day, you cannot begin to imagine how re-phreshed I am.
