Weird shinbang

I'm getting a lot of shinbang in my lower shins closer to my foot, i have booster straps and the top part of my shins never hurt, how can i fix this problem.

You should definitely see a boot-fitter. Even in the appropriate size, a footbed is crucial for keep your foot (and therefore your shin) from moving around.

Also, if you are referring to changing to a 28 from a 28.5 there is no difference in half sizes in ski boots. Realistically, there are only whole size (29 to 28 to 27..) changes.

Duct tape some mouse pads to your shins for a temporary fix. Also I've heard that beer coozies or any other type of foam that isn't too thick, all work. It won't make it feel like you don't have shinbang anymore, but it relives the pain a little.
