Weird Ass Weed Trip..

So I've been smoking since 8th grade. I'm deffinetly not an everyday smoker, but just do it whenever. But the other day I had the weirdest expierence ever. I was with some friends and decided to light up a J. I didn't really want to smoke too much so I just took just 1.5 drags and was done. For some reason, I started tripping balls. I did not get normall high and good. I was fucked. At first I got the spins really bad, and that lasted for a while. Then I just was totally shut off, I couldn't talk. In the back of my head I'm like "WTF is going on? Quit being an idiot and speak." But all I could do was be like "Uh I uh...." I was going to go pick up my girlfriend, but I ended up somehow calling her and stupidly explaining that I needed her to pick me up, cuz I couldn't drive. I kept feeling like I was going to pass out the whole time and it just sucked. I felt like I had the flew or something. It was 100% not enjoyable. It was like acid without the monsters. It took about an hour and a half for it to stop, then I was fine. It was the weirdest thing ever. I've smoked since then to check how it would be, and everything was normal.

So, anyone else ever have a weed bad trip I guess? I didn't really know that happened but I guess it does.
 
The thing is, I smoked it with 3 other people, who had no weird ass side effects. O well, it seems like it was a one time thing, because it hasn't happened since, and everything is back to normal.
 
it could be a panic attack, weed can do that shit sometimes out of the blue for no apparent reason

stress may cause it
 
i had some laced shit before. i sat learning against a wall for like a hour and a half spinning, and i could barely talk. then i threw up and felt better
 
I think that sounds about right ^. there is no such thing as a "weed trip". It can increase anxiety to a level that you can become queezy though. As far as seeing monsters on acid goes, that must be some pretty killer acid!
 
it was all mental buddy, bud can't do that to you, and it wasn't laced if your buddies didnt have the same affect. and dont compare it to 'acid without the monsters' because from that quote it's obvious you've never dropped.
 
laced? with what? a dealer wouldn't spend his money to get a bunch of young high schoolers higher. you just had a stupid pussy panic attack and got really paranoid for no reason. i've seen it happen to kids. and for the record, you don't trip on marijuana. you trip on acid and mushies. and you have no idea what acid is like LOL.

if you were to look back in a few years at this thread, you would feel so stupid for what you said.

weird. that only happens to me when i smoke a lot or drink and smoke and i have to have been stressed or something crazy happen to me and its not nearly as bad as that.
 
Haha, yeah I know you don't trip on weed, it was more used for lack of a better word. I just thought it was weird since I've been toking for 6 years, then I get all weird out of the blue. It definitely isn't laced. I was just some nice hydro shit from one of my friend's stash he deals from.

Haha yeah and the funny thing is I found out the same kinda thing just happened to one of my brother's friends last week. He has been smoking pretty much daily since high school and has a kid and everything. He's 30. He just lit up a bowl to relax and ended up in the same shit, and didn't know what to do because he was watching his kid and stuff. He had to go for a walk until it passed, haha.

And yeah I haven't dropped acid before, and don't plan on it. That was more of just a joke. My brothers have done enough of that for me to see I'm not interested haha. I don't want to have to drag my feet through the carpet that feels like a foot of pow, or have the tiles on my shower start chattering.
 
well marijuana makes you paranoid and you just got a servere case. i just don't like when people say its laced. laced with what people up there, please fill me in.
 
with what?? Someone who is selling weed is doing it to either get some free smoke, or a little cash. either way they arent going to spend more money on drugs to put in it. Real drugs are expensive.
 
yeah i had a pretty weird trip once. my heart was racing like crazy and i thought i needed some water and i downed like a whole liter in one gulp. it was like my body was doing whatever it wanted to, and i was sitting in the back of my head saying wtf is going on?

it was fun though.
 
Who do you buy your weed from man? Jesus... my dealers aren't "trying to get me addicted" because I don't buy from sketchball trenchcoat hobos with shanks in alleyways. There's no such thing as a "weed trip", the paranoia side effects just got out of hand and you had yourself an anxiety attack. It fits perfectly. And lastly, as many others have said... monsters don't appear when you drop. Only wonder and glory and joy.
