Weighted or unweighted foot width measurement

When picking a last width do bootfitters generally pick a last correlating to your weighted foot measurement or unweighted?

It's ideal to look at the foot initially with the skier/rider sitting down in an unweighted position, and then standing up in a weighted position. This reveals how the foot functions biomechanically and how to go about accommodating for underfoot support if needed for the specific situation. Sometimes there will be a significant change in arch height, length width, etc. in an unweighted vs. weighted position, and for some individuals there won't be much change at all.

This.

You always want to know what happens to the foot when you go from unweighted to weighted. Unweighted, my foot is like a 26.5, but weighted it is almost a full size bigger- solid 27. My foot is so flexible that without a footbed it's all over the place but with a footbed it is shortened and securely held in the right place, which allows me to ski a 26.5 without much fuss.
