Weight loss

this shit works like no other if you're jogging or running for 45 minutes you're wasting your time. I had been running like a sucker, 3 miles 5 days a week, not really any weight loss happening, did this for probably 3 months. First month doing HIIT(sprinting will kick your ass hard, spinning is more manageable, I did both) I dropped ~25lbs. And you're done with the workout in like 15 minutes.

there are some really nice hikes around this time of year; just run instead of walk. really good workout plus training for ski season.
