low reps high sets. like 5 reps a set. do the big 3 bench, dead, squat but also work other minor muscles. like target your bicepts tricepts, and all the little muscles in your back. and legs. because your main muscles like your pecs can't do their job if your tricepts and your shoulders aren't up to par.
