Weight Lifting

This one time during weight lifting class at school, I was doing a deep squat with a 40 pounder. I ate ice cream for lunch before class and needless I say, I shart my pants in front of the entire class and I waddled away.
 
yep, me and him lift together and i dont care what any of you guys say, it does work maybe not for you but for shane and i it does. it is $15 for 4 12 oz. cans and after about 2 weeks of taking it i can bench 15 lbs.((i never tried maxing out at other things so i cant give you a number there)) more and gained 9-10 pounds and no its not of all water. you just have to lift CONSISTENTLY every other day and it works...not expensive either.
 
who cares if you look skinny...lift a lot and be really strong and then someone will think your skinny and weak when you can really beat ass..
 
to get a bigger chest, swap the BArbell for dumbbells. Vary the incline slightly, positive and negative.

Shouldnt be too hard.
 
YOUR STILL A KID THATS WHY! Jesus I didnt bulk out til I was 22/23. Finish puberty then you will be able to get bigger.
 
if your lifting hard, and really not seeing any visual diffrences. take bsn cellmass and n.o. explode.......within 2 to 3 weeks you should see a diffrence.
 
DUMBELL BENCH PRESS every other day. It works out each individual pec and the form is a lot easier to maintain that normal bench. Keep moving up 5 lbs every week/whenever you feel comfortable.
 
lol creatine isnt that good, it just fills ur muscle with water to make them look bigger.

i had the same problem i used to work out for 2 hours min. everyday waiting for my mum to finish work and havnt gotten that much bigger.. ive gotten way stronger though
 
low reps high sets. like 5 reps a set. do the big 3 bench, dead, squat but also work other minor muscles. like target your bicepts tricepts, and all the little muscles in your back. and legs. because your main muscles like your pecs can't do their job if your tricepts and your shoulders aren't up to par.

they have good stuff. lots on body building and getting bigger and steriods but steriods really arent' good for you. you'll blow you joints cuz your connective tissue doesn't get strong with your muscles and your muscles will pull them apart.
 
wow i can't believe you didn't get hurt doing that. lifting everyday doesn't do anything for you, you have to give your muscles time to repair themselves. if you do do that maybe do upperbody one day and lower the next so you can lift everyday if you choose, but you gotta give your muscles a day of rest. you will actually get better results and run less of a risk of getting injured...
 
yer muscles grow when you aren't working them. they have to have time to repair to get bigger. give 'em get a split schedual. liek work upper on mondays, wednesdays and lower on tuesdays thursdays rest friday and do a whole body work out on saturday rest sunday.
 
okay heres what we always did for football you buy whey protein and you drink that about 2-3 times a day which makes you gain weight which inturn makes you bigger. or you can use creatine which is either a pill or powder what ever one you want but you gotta drink like a gallon of water when you take it and it just makes you look alot bigger than you actually are because it just stores water in your muscles. when i took it it made me look big as shit like i was on roids and shit
