Anyone on NS lift on a regular basis and use supplements...just tryin to see if anyone else uses some of the same stuff i do and find out what kinds of results you are see or are experiencing.

BSN - NO-Explode

BSN - Cell Mass

BSN - Nitrix

Muscle Milk protein-Chocolate

Ultimate Nutrition - Kre-Alkalyn 750mg Tabs

Supreme Protein Bars

Muscle Milk - Milkshakes in the cartons

I've tried all those supplements and what i've found is that MARKETING IS REALLY FUCKING CUNNING. none of that is actually good for you man and i'm urging anyone to stop using that shit. your heart, your liver, your kidney, your colon, basically your entire body can be harmed by those (except for protein obviously). i've read countless articles by respected doctors in medical journals and they all say the same thing; water weight and unhealthy. of course you do get stronger, but its unnatural and has negative benefits in the long run. Basically what i've found is that protein, a healthy diet and a good workout ethic is the most satisfying way to life.

ps...noexplode is mostly sugar. i have a $90 tub sitting right next to me half empty. its sad it cost me $90 to realize that lifting endurance is entirely mental.

Actually the NO-Explode is not just sugar and its not just mental with me with that shit ican usually only handle one scoop if i do two scoops i get the shakes pretty bad but it also helps me with that last few reps when im maxin out you are right about the mental part bein a huge factor but only to an extent and the Nitrix get my blood flowin real good and puts more oxygen in my blood and helps with the protein to restore and repair my muscles when i sleep and make them a little less sore.

yeah i know it really does make a difference. i don't like to admit it though because its so bad for you... you got me :(

I usually just use protein, but I tried my roomates NO xlpode shit.. one scoop. I was so wired and get so many more reps in it was nuts

all the stuff that you tried is bad for you, lots of fat, bad for your kindeys. If your looking for a good whey protien shake with 0 carbs,0 sugars, go with IsoPure. really good shit, taste bad unless you mix it with fruit but works really good if you stick to it.

well actually N O Explode isnt that bad for you, dont have to cycle it. Only thing that i would say that is gonna make you fat would be the two different mucle milks that your taking, and if you take them with actual milk, not good haha

I thought about using all that, but then I remembered I'm not a bitch like Barry Bonds

I work out every day but i dont use anything but protien. I always work out with my roomate and he was always my size but he just did a 6 week cycle of test and he gained 20 pounds of muscle and lifts twice as much as me. Every day he would be lifting more than the day before and i would just be doing the same shit. He was gaining a pound a day for the first week.

jea my high school loved test 250? i think it was. and another one that wasnt so much a mass. but a huge cutter, it like made things tighter so you would be more cut and faster.

when i think of it i will post it.

should we start a cult for this? ive been thinking about it for a while...

i take:

n.o.-xplode

nitrix

gnc 100% whey protein

some multivitamin with like 300% everything

calcium-d pills (250%/pill)

2 max muscle max pro shakes a day

2 cytogain weight gainer a day

max muscle kre-alkalyn capsules

max muscle digestion supplement

and a multi vitamin

u cant say there are no results or that it is just water weight. with out these products and a 2 hour lifting regimin a day i can honestly say i would not have a D-1 PAC-10 soccer scholarship waiting for me at oregon state in the fall.

i'm forced to lift weights for volleyball and track. i hate it and just sit there and act like im doing something productive while i'm really actually not.

there's this sweet cult where you can post pictures of yourself with your shirt off in the mirror, it's basically a bunch of meatheads jerking their junk to their own pics

Heres my work out. For 3 months (summer) work 80 hours a week manual labor on a farm (40) and stacking pop (40). Then ride your bike to work 10 miles every day. Add in running 5-6 times a week and trail bike rides 2-3 times a week and normal lifting 3-4 times a week and eat four he man meals a day of meat potatos but still mantain a balanced diet. Do that, it works for me.

Same here. Ill drink a protien shake every once and awhile but the best way is to just have protien in your regular diet. I'm sure there is stuff out there that works, but i know there is alot that doesnt.
