Weight gain program

just dring protein shakes and stuff like that (if u work out it turns to mucle) if u dont do nothing it turns to fat either way your gain them pounds
 
Holy fuck you are way underweight, but eating just to gain weight is gross and can be unhealthy if you eat fatty foods. Just eat lots of protein and work out with heavy weights. Let it come naturally.
 
man...one word eggnog. that stuffs intense i just looked at the label drinking one cup (250ml) is like the equivilant of eating around 1 and a half chocolate bars. And thats only 250ml. The average glass you drink out of is like 400-500ml so if you wanna gain weight just drink a shitload of eggnog.
 
you're absolutely wrong. protein does not turn into fat. if you don't use the protein you got in your system, you just shit it out.

all the weight gainer shit on the market can be useful if used properly. its just a quick way to add a shit load of calories, carbs and protein all in one but if you dont eat properly and just drink the weight gainer youll get no where
 
if you weigh only 109 lbs at your height, chances are that its your metabolism keeping you weight down and whatever you cram down your throat wont help you gain weight... it'll just be hard on your arteries. what you should do is workout for 1 hour in the weight room 3x a week, doing low rep high set workouts. this will help you become a lot hungrier, and you will just add on a lot of mass to your frame that way. i used to be 6 ft 3 and 160 lbs, now im 6 ft 3 and 235 lbs, so i know this method works really well.
