Weight gain program

anybody have any ideas? i've been sick so i lost a lot of weight and now i wanna pack back on the pounds. Looking to gain anywhere from 10-25 pounds. (yes i lost a lot of weight from being sick)

So yea any tips on what to eat? when to eat? stuff like that. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

why would you try to gain weight? Unless your skin and bones theres not really a point. Or if your in college football i could see you gaining weight too. Otherwise, skinning is kind of the way to go.
 
oh its easy then, go to cosco and get a ton (2000 lbs) of debbie cakes and live off of them and coca cola. EASY.
 
im really skinny i can take some fat without it being an issue im 5 8" and 109 lbs.

looking for most fat for least amount of eating. I can only eat so much but i want to maximize my intake. Ill keep NS posted with my sucess.

to the guy suggesting whoppers thats more what im looking for. Cept they are very filling. I want not filling but fat
 
i don't have the time at least not for the next month. Term papers and such. So lets go for some tips that will make me gain 11-20 pounds
 
bulk your ass off man but still eat clean. you gotta eat more calories than you burn so eat your ass off and hit the gym hard but stick with the basics: heavy compound movements; deadlifting, bench press, squat, bent over rows, barbell curls, close grip bench press, barbell shoulder press etc. eat like a mofo and lift like a mofo and you can be 130 for sure by xmas time
 
muscle is easier to build from changing fat to muscle, not muscle into more muscle, so by him eating more and gaining wait hel gain muscle

i have been on a weight gain program for a while now. eat a lot of cake and cookies, drink soda, and watch tv all day. my friend even pays people to get him his lunch at school so he doesnt have to walk the 20 ft
 
yea, if it matters to you, you'll find time. if not, you'll be fat and disgusting the rest of your life. the choice is yours
 
fat is going to be filling no matter what, eating yourself fat will be a lot of work, skinny guys often have intense metabolisms, so youll probably have better luck with healthy eating and trying to gain muscle

plus youll be healthy
 
dont eat loads of junk food. thats bad shit and does your body bad. if you clean foods youll see better results muscle wise
 
If you listin to all these dumbasses and eat pure junk and shit that would just make you worse.
 
anybody wanna write up a list of the foods i shuld eat and how much? i can walk to school in the mornings instead of driving... thats about the top activity till mid-late november
 
eggs,oatmeal,rice,bagels,milk,orange/apple juice,turkey,chicken,beef,whey protein,bananas,apples,bread. things like that. eat lots of carbs, lots of protein and quite a bit of fat for bulking
 
by the end of november i will have time to exercise but i need some fat to make muscle with so i have a month to gain fat before i gain muscle
 
if you lost it due to being sick and not eating, shouldn't normal eating help you gain some weight? I mean, i lost 20 lbs last year from a stomach problem and once it was better i just ate like normal and gained most of it back. So i dont think you need to eat a bunch of shit food, just eat a little more than normal if anything at all.
 
im 5 10 and 112 so yeah i have no idea either, i eat everything all the time but i ve allways been really skinny...
 
do what lat says lots of protein and carbs will do the trick you could get some protien shakes are your local vitiam store too
 
carb up to grow. thats all you need to know man. since i moved ive been hitting the gym 5 days a week and ive already put on 10 lbs in 2 and a half weeks but thats with a little help from aas
 
steak, pasta, pizza, burgers, milk and mad sick sandwiches (like everything u can imagine that would taste good with bread)
 
well I wouldnt recomend trying to gain weight but I know when my grandpa was recovering from a heart attack and lost crazy amounts of weight, so the doctor gotvhim drinking meal suppliments i think it was ensure. But boost,brekfast and slimfast would do the trck ( and slimfast wont make you lose wieght unless you repace meal with it, if you eat and drink you'll gain weight.) After hard workout my coach would make me drink boost after so i wouldnt lose too much weight so I'm this owuld be the easiest way
