Weed legal in breck

I don't give a fuck if it is a repost, I didn't see the other ones and this is great fucking news, I know where I am making a ski trip.
 
wow...thats pretty amazing. I was debating on going to University of Utah or Boulder...i think this made up my mind. Im going to go to Breck this spring break and most likely the following spring breaks until i actually live out there. Too bad im only 17 tho.
 
its not legal, just decriminalized like quite a few blue states. if you get caught with weed, then you will still have to pay a fine.
 
Starting at the beginning of next year, Breckenridge residents 21 and older will be allowed to possess paraphernalia and up to an ounce of pot legally after successfully amending the town code in Tuesday’s election.
 
Has anyone from the state said whether or not they will allow it? If a town's law is in conflict with state law, how does it work?
 
it means that you are cool to hold up to an ounce, but you might wanna put it away if some state troopers show up.
 
exactly,so pretty much just keep it on the dl around 1-70, otherwise you should be good considering ive never seen a state trooper in breck itself.

Oh I have, About four of them, five Breck, one Frisco, one Dillon, Five Summit County cops all there to arrest me and my two friends. We were in a huge bar fight outside. It was crazy. Cops driving up on the grass near cacielas (sp?)
