oh i agree 100% i mean, if you look at the number one killer of 18-23 year olds or something, i think its alcohol or alcohol related accidents, the reason lowering it is for college and insurance reasons, also for the fact you can go to war but not drink a beer with your dad, i know alot of people whos parents let them have beer as a beverage but not to get drunk, it is a sociable drink. but i do agree that the maturity level of 18-21 year olds is basically none, along with the responsability level, what would be a resolution is a higher drinking age of persay 23, there for kids go to college, but its all not of importance, weed was the descussion, and on the case of it being harmess, and economically stimulating i think it should be legalized, but it will take time for that to be accepted, sort not to be racist, like the laws that gave blacks rights, its been outlawed so long that when it is lawful, the general public (non-smoking) will be weary, cautious, frightful, and prejudice
