Website traffic/number of hits

anyone know of an easy way to find out the number of hits or traffic on any given day to your website? thanks for the help

your host probably has a free program you can run, check your settings in your control panel.

depends on your site and how accurate you need to be... the best way is via your host. they have logs and tools (analog,awstats,etc) to let you view your stats.
