Hey so I made this a few months ago and have been steadily updating it and just wanted to share with you guys so I could get some feedback.

some of my questions are,

Is there enough variety?

Are there too many photos?

How is the layout?

really any help would be really appreciated.

Im no professional, but I like the way it looks,

I think it has the right amount of pictures

I think the layout is simple and easy to use

I think you do some quality work

I think you have pretty eyes ...what?

I think it looks professional and clean
 
What's the purpose of the site?

Is the site to share your work? Or is it more to try and get you clients and jobs?

I feel like it functions fine for the former purpose, but should be tweaked for the later.

Some of the things I noticed were:

I'm not that bag a fan of the galleries, i know you're using a template and can't really change this though

The things I don't like about them are that they aren't very intuitive, they don't give the focus to each individual image, there are no thumbnails, and you can't enlarge the image and look at it alone.

loading took a little long on some of the pages, maybe upload lower res photos

I'd consider rewriting or tweaking the about me section

Do you not get emails with your domain/hosting? Matt@mattryanphotography.com would look better than ryanma05@gmail.com

As far as the images themselves, I'd take a closer look at what goes up and what doesn't make the cut.

thanks for the feedback both of you.I guess right now its more of a show my work type thing and less about getting clients and such, but in the future I would like to do that. I also recently have noticed the loading speeds but it never seemed to be an issue before so Im not sure what it is exactly. And for the quality vs quantity I feel like since Ive just started with all this I have maybe posted to many photos to kinda prove my work a little.

i really like it! it seems really clean and professional, some great pictures too!

the only thing i could point out is that it did take me a bit to figure out it scrolled sideways, not vertically haha
