step one (optional!) Flash

step 2 Fireworks

step 3 Dreamweiver

step 4 (optional!) notepad

you can actually accomplish alot through frontpage. Some people talk down on it because it has the wysiwyg interface and that it is restricting, but if you really want more flexibility then just use it's built-in plain text editior.

Using photoshop and frontpage, you can create great things.

Although, there is always dreamweaver, flash for some added fun, notepad for straight editing,and there you go.

It really depends on the complexity of what I'm doing. If you want to align a bunch of pictures in a table it's easier to just use dreamweaver than to write the code yourself. For simple stuff I'll write the code. I'm learning flash right now.

I use textpad to write all my PHP, html, CSS scripts. I wouldnt do it any other way. I used to do that too Randall but i find i can handle tables much better when i code them myself. You can stick in all the style elements aswell which a wysiwyg editor doesnt allow.
