well i live in seattle, and every year i hear about drug tunnels getting busted between washington state and british columbia. one time there was a huge one busted, and my brother happened to have a baseball tournament right near there, so we took a drive on the street and found military personnel of some sort hiding in the bushes with guns.

this one was so well planned, it went from some guy's massive greenhouse or shed under the border into the living room floor of a shitty house he bought across the border. it was almost a mile long and had a cart to carry drugs, people, and other things across the border in.

haha, well seattle isn't the meth capitol of the world, in fact quite the contrary. there is not really any meth use (that i know of) in seattle. i assume that there is some, but i haven't heard of any cases of it. but, in eastern washinton and northern idaho, meth is huge. like, it's made everywhere. people just have meth houses in the middle of nowhere.

yerrppp, washington is known for meth though, but keep that assumption west of the cascades.

I didn't read the article, but do you know if a person owns the ground underneath one's property? Like, as deep as it goes? I know that's how it was in the "oil is gold" days but how is it with today's legislation?
