I thought it would be cool to start a thread about the weather in your area! Whats currently going on and what's up coming! There were a lot of "it's snowing" threads. (yea I am guilty of making one or two also). Thought it would be cool to start just one that everyone can update as it is happening.

Sunny, 80 degrees with a tropical breeze.

Location - Buffalo, NY.

Cool weather is coming though finally, starting tomorrow, and cooling more as the week goes on.
 
It snowed like mad at silverstar last week, but now it's kinda melty up there :(

but the long range forcast is predicting colder temps in the valley for next week, so hopefully more snow is on the way
 
We just had a big low pressure system come through SW Montana thursday-saturday that left 10-20" in the mountains, but now it's going to be sunny and in the 60's for a while.
 
50's and Rain. It has been raining for almost 3 weeks straight. It is ridiculous. Hopefully a preview of the snow season though.
 
EAST COAST HHOPE!!

it says friday in lake placid NY its supposed to rain 60% chance and be a low of 30, im hoping it will snow!!
 
Well right now its 60 and sunny but in two days its suppose to snow here at snowshoe. Lets hope the East needs some snow.
 
I'm betting there will be some snow at higher elevations. Doubt it'll be much though. Plus it will melt real quickly with the ground being so warm.
 
i think final warm front has passed ohio after it being 89 degrees yesterday (new record) but im thinkin it will just get colder from here
 
Nothing wrong with some wishful thinking, aside from the greater chance of letdown and disappointment.

But here's to snow likely happening in the east this weekend!!
 
nah man, its gonna drop to 10c on thursday, oh but then back up past what it is now.

I think summer is coming
 
true true. there was about a foot of snow at big sky's base area over the weekend. but today its melting FAST.

but i do realize their is a chance it wont but it doesnt happen till  it happens!

Snow is in the forecast for Friday night in the hills south of Buffalo!
 
Freezing levels rising from snowy 1200 m to about 3200 m this weekend. I can tell you i am not stoked. Bye, bye snow. Nice when you were here.

But it will steadily lower in about a week, so whatevs.

Snow's in the forecast for Friday night on the higher hilltops! No accumulation, but it's better than rain!

Its a shitload better than the past few days of upper 80s and low 90s. Rain or snow we need precip no matter what.

Awww, they took the snow out of the forecast for the hills south of Buffalo, now it's just rain showers.

Bummer.
 
Whistler/blackcomb are doing really good with an early snowfall at the beginning of october its going to be an awesome season
 
oh yes, rain rain rain in the bay area. was camping in the sierras last night and it was COLD, with a bit of precipitation.
