Weak CR Interview...

Thought it was pretty lame how CR's interview had like 10 questions. Personally, I think its pretty lame for such an influential skiier to get such a weak ass interview.

Unlike a lot of the new up and comers I actually believe CR knows what the hell hes talking about and after everything that has happened to him, maybe he would have a couple more words of wisdom to give out to people on this site...

Im sure he had a ton of time to think about things after his injury, maybe he could share them a little more specifically...

He even mentions how he thinks a lot of people dont have the right attitudes about what they are doing and how they are portraying themselves, but I guess what do legends know...

good work guys...

just because it wasn't as long as you would have liked it to be by no means makes it a weak interview. for it's length, it was short, sweet and to the point. the questions that were asked were well put and they were thoughtfully answered.

i agree and disagree with you. First off, he didn't make the interview up, he was just asked certain questions. It was probably done over the phone because he is a very busy person to do a personal interveiw, especially for a website; and im not saying that no one cares about newschoolers, but most could care less about everything that we worry about, they just ski and have fun like the rest of us and try not to worry too much on what Newschoolers.com is worrying about. CR is one of the most laid back pro skiers out there and he is just stoked to be skiing for another day. no offense to you for making this thread.

Thanks for the input, I actually gave him the opportunity to go into as much detail as he wanted. CR is a really smart guy and his answers were perfect from a journalistic point of view. I can tell you from years of experience interviewing various types of people that the length was pretty limited simply because CR has been interviewed about the injury and his come back, that is not the story or vibe I wanted.
CR really is one of my favorite skiers and I want to hear about what is up now and what is on his mind these days. A new ski, a new look at the sport, and a winter approaching very quickly!
