We rockered skies this weekend

rockered skis are nice for powder and prolly fun to butter with but i cant see them as a good idea for rails and park. Nothing about it makes sense for it. makes it easier to slide off rails, less pop on jumps and pipe

if your careful it wont fuck them up that much. hey genius how are the skis you ski with every day given camber? heat and bending...idiot

yes re cambering a ski will weaken it but not necessarily ruin it

says who? other than you

Skies is the stuff above you, the air that you're breathing in.

Skis are the planks you put on your feet and go to the mountains in.

to the guy who's trying it with his PEs, let me know how that goes, i have a pair of silencers that i wouldnt mind playing with a bit. i just wanna know how it works on a pair of fully wood core skis.

rockered IS A HORRIBLE IDEA FOR PARK.....it fucks with your ski flex, its stablity, its lamination, everything. " wow, i can't turn, ollie, nolie, or grind proper......but god damn i can butter" fucking dumb. Seriously, the reason rockered works in the BC is because the tips, and tails are in the snow, thus you can still your side cut to ski proper. When you go on the hardpack, your tips and tails....and half the ski don't even touch the snow. Meaning you lose stability, and control. This is BAD..... NOT GOOD.

it looks like a good way to waste some time. i bet they will suck in the park, but will be better in the pow. thats what old skis are for.
