Wax substitute

just a quick question. i'm in england and because the council can't cope with the snow i can't go to the town to get some rail wax for the jib i made in my garden!

are there any day to day/household products that might have a similar effect?

might make the rail slide..but your skis will be real stick afterwards..a cat blew up at my resort last year..i rode through it on accident.. and had to go home ha.

This sounds strange, but it really works.
Take honey, mix it with vinegar, rice, a little blue cheese, and some tomatoes. (You can throw in some croutons if you have them - they really fill scratches well)
Boil that mixture to approximately 165 degrees F.
Cool it overnight in the freezer and then scoop it out on your bases.
Take a lighter and melt the mixture a bit and then use cork or whatever your liking is to smooth it out over the surface. Scrape off the excess.

haha, if youre doing urban shit... who cares about how fast your skis are. use your shitty urban skis and have fun.
