my job isnt that cool but it pays alright. I get 12bucks an hour for 24hours a week to sort mail on wall street for an insurance company. works out ok

i'm lifegaurding right now, and it's so sweet. just sit in a chair and yell at people, the chances of actually having to save someone are so rare. there was no one in the pool for an hour and a half the other day, so i just sat in the office and read, and still got paid.

if u get in at a semi-busy pizza place, delivering can actually work out well... the other night i was pullin 14 an hour in tips, plus the 5 that they pay me

i am a camp consler, the camp hasnt started yet, i havent worked a day since april 20th when college got out, but i do have 2 jobs through the school year so it evens out but camp counsler is sweet you get to dick around and get paid for it

My dream job would be to work at a marina or a yatch club, something by the water. but i'm stuck in and office

I'm working construction right now for $10 an hour, which is crap. After this job is done I'm getting another one for the next year or so that should pay at least $15 an hour plus transportation, so that should be ok.

jea, i got paid yesterday to sit in the clubhouse at my pool, and watch fresh prince of bellayre cause it was raining, so i just satyed around so i could get paid

i work at a pipe company loading and unloading pipes from 7-3:30 5 days a week for 10 bucks an hour, then i work at the bars as a bouncer 7-11 pm for 25 bucks an hour 4 nights a week. pretty good money, 800 a week

Quit the landscaping company. Start your own. Mow some lawns around the neighborhood. The job itself sucks, but it takes no thinking, and you can listen to music. You make your own hours and get $30-40 per yard each week. I mow 7 yards so I get a hell of a lot of money for only about 3-5 hours of work for around $170. I also work for my dad(photographer) as an assistant, and I may $100 a day. But, I don't think that would be an option for you.

I'm a trip leader for a wilderness program. I take kids backpacking/climbing/kayaking etc for 7-8 days at a time. It is awesome because I work for time off to do all sorts of awesome stuff for weeks at a time, but still make as much money as I would just working a regular summer job. I leave tomorrow for a trip I'm leading. Get back from that one, have 36 hours to prep for the next one, and then leave for another 8 days. It will be like that for the next 5 weeks.

the point of lifegaurding isn't exactly to save lives, but to prevent the need to save lives. therefore by telling people not to run, dive, etc. the chances of people actually drowning are slim. if someone did need rescuing, i'd be able to do it because i took a course.

the best job available for someone without an education is a server at a restaurant or a bar tender. hands down. If you are even somewhat likeable you'll make over 20 bucks an hour easy and you don't have to do anything overly demanding.

that being said, I should really apply at a restaurant because my job is boring as fuck and i have to get up at 7 every morning and work 10 hours.

over rated, that's what i do. it's boring once you've done it a couple years. but then again, it's alot better than being a cashier or landscaping.

i can tell you what the worst job is

working in the oilsands in northern alberta i am up herem right now

but i do make a lot of money but i live in a camp with lots of crazy dudes and no chicks it sucks shit it is prison with a paycheque
