well it rained today, so i'm not sure about top to bottom, didn't seem like it today....but they have some rails up, new rails coming tommorrow, hopefully they can be set up
all I can say about waterville is that I have never seen such shitty conditions... EVER. went up saw the 300 foot line, came right back down and went to loon.... loon was pretty awesome.
ya, I was staying up there at the vallety inn... so it really didn't matter to me. I'll be up there friday and saturday, possibly both days at Waterville
