I have my favorite jacket from like two years ago. It is awesome except for the fact that it is only water resistant and not waterproof. Does anyone have a reason why I wouldn't be able to scotchguard the jacket to make it a little more waterproof?
it wont be nearly as breathable if i remember correctly...

oh yeah? well me and my friends have been bathing off the southern coast of st. bards, chilling with spider monkeys. tripping on acid gave us a whole new perspective on shit.
ITs not raining but whenever I hit up a powder day or get snowed on, the snow that sticks melts and my jacket gets soaked. I might by some, and spray it on a section on my back or something and see if it works/ makes the jacket look funny. Thats a great idea about the gloves though.
^^^they could do that , but then the jacket would not breathe AT ALL, which will get you just as wet as rain. believe me, there's a reason jackets arent just completely waterproof

yeah the reason why they're not waterproof is because at night i took your jackets and took out a layer that i had to use for clothing in the winter 'native'
^it also comes in liquid form for jackets and pants. You wash it in using the laundry thing that you'll never be able to use as well as your mom, no matter how hard you try.
A spray-on version exists as well.
Bahahaha... or, you could call it the 'elitist snob' cult. Anyways, my family already owns a country club, so no thanks.
