Water skiing vs. wakeboarding?

which do your prefer?

personally, i like wakeboarding more. at the beginning of the year, i thought that i would like skiing better, just cuz i love ssnow skiing. but then i tried wakeboarding and it was so much better, cuz u can cut like you can one skis, plus you can do tricks and stuff. yesterday was my 1st time getting up on 1 ski, and i was fun cutting, but i still enjoy cutting on a board more.

Waterskiing. Hence why I make my own. If you make trick boards its so much better than wakeboarding

Personally I like waterskiing way more. Wakeskating and wakesurfing are pretty awesome too, I do those alot, but you'll rarely catch me on a wakeboard.

i do both...and i like wakeboarding more just beauce i like jumping the wke and doing tricks and shit...i still like to waterski a lot so i switch it up..plus if its real rough ill just water ski beuacse smooth water is better for wakeboarding

 
tubing is scary.

Generally I will ski in the morning when it is pretty much glass, in my buddies Malibu Tournament boat, and then go wakeboarding/wakeskating/wakesurfing on my other buddies Tige tournament boat in the afternoon or evening.

Yes I am a mooch, because I do not have my own boat.

yeah it can be. but when my friends and i go, we get 2 big flat tubes, 4 people and have tube wars, its awesome, u try and tip the other people or push them off and stuff, its pretty fun.

trick skiing is the fucking bomb for any of you that might live in florida go check out the national museum its crazy,

and for those who dont know how extreme this sport can get heres a clip of a canadian pro doing some quick stuff i couldnt find anyother good videos so itll have to do, plus it shows a bit of wakeboarding i think

i dont have a boat but ive done both and i like slalom (sp?) skiing alot more but its prob cause i suck at wakeboarding

i have these old waterskis that are really short and twin tipped. i thinktheyre called sea gliders or somethin. i wanna try them next time im at my cabin

those are trick skis. basically snowblades on water. Try em if you want... I guess...

wakeboarding is easily the best althought i havent tried wakeskating. wakesurfing is fuckin awesome as well. waterskiing is just boring

for the last few year i was mostly wakeboarding cause my buddys all had board and no good slalom skis, but this year my buddy had a new slalom ski which was amazing did i did about the same ammount of wake/skiing and it was great, i never realised how fun waterskiing was untill i was cutting as hard as i could at 33mph, it was such a blast, continuous adrenaline the whole time!
