Water ramps question

I just got new spk pro boots. Should i bring an old pair of boots to do water ramps, and do you have to use your own skis. i m going to momentum

I suggest using different liners for sure, but might as well bring your old boots, liners take a looonggg time to dry, but the pool and shit wont do anything to your shells.

Dont ever use new equipment, or equipment you are planning to use on the snow. Once it slaps on the water and the chlorine gets into it, they will break on the snow. Use old gear!

when i went to high north i had an extra pair of liners and i just popped them in and then when i got back to the hotel i took them out and put them in the dryer, i have no idea if the hotel for momentum has dryers in it but that worked really well for me, they also have old boots up there you can use and them you dont have to worry about anything

they give you skis when you go to the ramps in whistler. definately bring a different set of liners though. they will get soaked.

lol wateer ramps are bitches on liners.

i went to them at COC.

and i used my reg liners.

it took a few hours in the dryer (which fucks up linerss lol)

and a few nights stuffed with newspaper

to help soak up the water.

the paper works really well, but it still takes a fucking long time.

i was lucky the boots were really shitty.

i would def advise using en extra pair of liners.

and the skis, just use the ones they have their.

cus if its anything like the one at COC,

the ramp is pretty harsh on your skis.

plus you need a shitload of wax.

definatly different boots and skis. it beats the shit out of everyone. and dont plan on using ur bindings again either

dude just bring extra liners and you should be good to go. ive done it the past few years and my boots are fine. what sesh of momentum are you going to? ill be there sesh 5! 12 more days!!!

i used my boots that ive used all season, nothing happened other than my liners got soaked and stinky.

if you have an extra pair of liners that is all you need for the boot problem but definitely dont use your own skis. they will give you some

The water ramp place gives you shit skis to use and they have a closet full of random shit bootss without paors. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a place that fits

i used my regular boots with reg liners and it didnt do shit to em but get them wet/ if you ring em out and stuff em with newspapers and towels they will dry by the next day of skiing
