that is actually really powerful. i know this is gunna be filled with a bunch of "god is a joke" sort of things, but it actually kinda hit me.

now that i actually watched the video, i get it. but this really has nothing to do with god. if you believe in him, great. but if you need faith in god to realize shit youre doing is bad youre just fuckin retarted. it really just portrayed a normal high schoolers life. and then god "saved" her and she was fine. you can find that kind of salvation anywhere, skiing, better freinds, family, a pet, etc. im not religious at all, so that video was just dumb. but i get the message.
 
hahaha, that was an awesome skit.

I love how the message was very subtle.

It took me a few seconds to realize what the setup of the skit was, but not very long--which was nice.

But in all seriousness, if you have to look to false idles to make your decisions for you then you a weak individual, and I pity you.

 
i think the guy was god and he wasent doing anything because that what people do.

they just ignore him when times are good then when times are bad they go running to him.
 
He wasn't a mugger....if you watch the whole thing it sets the story like this:

He created her, breathed life into her, showed her how to move, made a tree and got an apple for her to eat, and is dancing with her...then the other guy cuts in (this is a portrayal of romantic relationships), and dances with her for awhile, then cuts her loose...the black guy comes and is flashing money, she starts trying ot get the money...then the party girl comes in and starts her partying, then the skinny model girl comes in and she starts making herself throw up to be skinnier, then the cutting/death guy comes...and this whole time each thing that comes just moves her further away from Jesus...and when she finally realizes that she just tries to get back to him, but all those things and people in the way are trying to just drag her down and keep her there...and if you watch him he's in the background trying to get her attention, and then when she's trying to get to him, he's pulling for her...and finally he just can't stand to watch her getting beat up and held down, so he goes in and takes all the violence and shields her, and finally throws them off...because all he wanted was to dance and spend time with her.
 
don't just skip to 5 minutes, you miss the entire point of the skit.

it's actually incredibly powerful and well-thought, i enjoyed this alot.
