I'm going to be moving near Seattle, Washington for a long time and was wondering if any of you know the best mountain near there. I don't know much about the area since I've lived in NY for my whole life. Thanks.

stevens and baker. but baker is about 2 and a half hours north. but alpental has some good pow days, same with stevens. and snowqualmie is supposadly ok. ask brit1275 (FUCK YOU KEVIN!! HAHAHAHAH!!!)

I'm assigned to the USS Abraham Lincoln which is based at Naval Station Everett, but right now it's in Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for PIA. I'm not sure when it will head back to Everett.

 
If your in everett i would hit stevens or even baker even though its a bit more of a drive..stevens has a better park, baker has better BC and terrain

go to stevens or baker. (www.stevenspass.com or www.mtbaker.us) they have the best terrain and such. stay away from crystal if you ever wanna see a terrain park or people under the age of 35. haha welcome to the NW I hope you enjoy your stay!

Since there is a big fucking difference between Bremerton and Everett, here ya go -- If in Bremerton, go to Crystal or Hurricane Ridge. Otherwise, it's a ferry and a long ways to Snocrummy. If you live in Everett, either Baker or Stevens. Baker has better snow & terrain, but Stevens has all those hot Japanese community college ladies on the weekends. Actually, Stevens is lit up at nights till 10 or something, so that might make the difference.

but heres the deal: do you know why everyone reps stgevens pass... well they have the best park in the state supposedly... but they also have regular hour long lift lines, and personally, i think the steep shit and bc is way too short and small and stuff. from bremerton go to crystal, end of debate. from everett take your pick on baker or stevens, baker will be a bit of a drive, but stevens will be busy.

bottom line....crystal sucks, no park... if they catch you building or jumping passes will get pulled. BC is ok but you will have to navigate through old ladys in 1 pieces

it sounds like he is going to be in Everett. so i would say your best bet would be stevens, but you'll defenetly wanna check out baker if there is an epic powder day. and if your looking for a sweet park you'll wanna check out snoqualmie. they'll whith out a doubt have the best park this year. but you're in luck cause we're gonna have a great snow year ahead of us!!!

washington does suck... no pass pulling in the BC at crystal... only people who pull passes are stupid fuck volunteers. crystals BC is fucking awesome... theres tons of it, all of northback... paradies, brand x, spook hill niagaras... south back has the king and everything else, youve got bear pits and everything on chair 6... crystal is sick. and they have a pipe now, and kickers work fine.
