Washington Park Rail

So I was driving around the neighborhood looking for places to skate when i serendipitously ran into Washington Park. I looked around and i found theese sets of large double kink rails, and to my surprise, there was a big Rossi Scratch sticker across one of them. So my question is this: Who did this rail?

Did them... as in all three of them? and who is sage? Sage Catrabriga, Sammy and rage, or sage that random clothing business? And did the bushes not get in the way?

Where is there kink rails in Washington park?, i know where the down rail is by the drainage pond, but where are the one's u r talking about. thanks
