whats the best way to wash a fitted cap. like new era.

Dish washer, no joke. Get one of those hat holder things (keeps the shape of the hat) throw it in the dish washer and let dry.

my buddy washed his hat in the dishwasher with one of the hat holder things, and the hat totally got ruined. IS there anyother way of washing it?

I know that you can get a spray that supposedly keeps them clean, but I need to wash anyway.

dish washer. you can also get cleaner kits from hat stores that will have cleaning solution, scrub brush and waterproofing spray. that works well but it takes longer.

if your worried about it shrinking let it air dry and periodically put the hat on your head as it is drying to help keep it stretched out.

ive heard the dish washer as well but only for like base ball caps i dont know about other hats or even if there is a difference

the dishwasher, with the hat holder works perfect, i've never had a problem with it
