I mean I still did some shooting and shit and a contest here and there but really I had mostly come to the realization I wasn't good enough.
I made a mega post of all my best shit here -

This is by far my favorite trick line I've ever done. It was after working at newschoolers, when I was just skiing for fun. Also what made it into UP 1.2.

13638186:skierman said:Impossible. I don't believe it. You cannot have fun and try at the same time. That's science.

13638102:Mr.Bishop said:I mean I tried really fucking hard to be a pro... but I just wasn't good enough. Closest I ever got was as Daryl said basically a sponsored am. I had flow sponsorship from Head, Smith, Orage and NS Clothing.
I had a segment in a Ski Bum Productions movie, but that was pretty small. Biggest thing that ever happened to me was basically one shot in the opening of UP1.2, and I was featured in the Blue Mountain advertising campaign one issue of SBC.
Definitely proud of it, but basically I started working at Newschoolers because I had to realize my pro career was going absolutely nowhere.
Fun ass fucking years for sure, and I regret nothing. I couldn't be more thankful for ending up with my Job at Newschoolers either... best possible outcome for a college dropout and failed pro.![]()
