Warrior Dash, has anyone done it?

Entered the Vancouver one, pretty stoked about it! Haven't done the run before though and I was wondering what people have to say about it, what to expect and possibly how to prepare. If anyone on the site has done it of course...

I did it last year and am signed up for the one this year in North Bend, WA. Maybe not as gnarly as its cracked up to be but still super rad and an awesome time!
