Does K2 cover snapped skis

2 days agi a friend snapped the binding on my 06 07 thruster

Today i snapped my 189 Kung Fujas about halfway between bindings and the nose

Can i get a new pair of Kung Fujas, A quick answer would be best because now i have no skis
 
I think it just depends on if its a manufacture defect or not....contact K2 customer service and just see what they say
 
THey will cover the warrenty, but just wait until the season is over, skis have a 1 year warrenty from the date of purchasae/mounting.
