not sure whats happened here but it doesnt look good

so do you think i will be able to get warranty on them....and if i do would they send me this years ski or the same one as i have ....the 06/07

thanks for reading

Using your words, you trashed them, and the problems are from impact. Sounds like your fault to me, I wouldn't count on a warranty.

well see the thing is i dont think i really did much to them that could have caused this.....since its my frist year skiing.....but i donno and im asuming tis from impact cause im not sure how else it could have happened......what would happen if i did send them in to warranty and they didnt want to warranty them....would they jus send back..

Never had to warranty a ski before. If it's your only pair, you might want to wait until the end of the season before trying to warranty them. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to try, the worst they could do is not warranty them.

Dynastar should warranty that tip/tail delam, really! Just send them back, youll probably get a new pair, they are usually good about that kind of stuff. And about that compressed edge, thats not warranty material at all, quite the oposite...

the tip/tail delam should be covered.

the edge bump is rail damage which is practically never covered

ok, so they will still warranty the skis even thought there is the edge bump.....and how long would it usually take for warranty and also could u request a bigger size...and they will send this years skis most likely??

Contact the shop you bought them from.

They can usually tell you for certain if it is warranty able.

From there, they contact a rep and mail them in for you.

Depending on the shop they may just give you a pair off the shelf.

If not you'll have to wait 1-3 months on average for them to ship back another pair.

As long as you stay within the same model you can usually change size

If not most shops will let you switch skis for anything of equal value or you pay difference.

If you warranty in the fall/ early winter you'll usually get this years graphics.

If you warranty late winter/spring you may get next years graphics depending on the company.

The more damaged is your ski, the less likely they will warranty a potential defect like that delam...

That said, 1 edge bump is nothing so warranty them and ask if you can get the limited edition vintage topsheet BTs, they hawt!
